FH Staffing Solutions is a nursing agency recruiting RN and LPN nurses to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We partner with local skilled nursing facilities to provide reliable, compassionate care with flexible shifts.

We offer immediate hire, weekly pay with direct deposit, and a supportive onboarding process. Candidates must hold an active MA nursing license, be vaccinated for COVID-19, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Active MA nursing license
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Able to pass a background check
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participate with team in planning and evaluating nursing care.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Observe and report patient conditions and vital signs.
• Document observations in patient charts.
• Maintain safe and comfortable environmental conditions.
• Assist with unit management as assigned.
