High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Plymouth Inpatient Campus. This per diem role offers morning, evening, or overnight shifts, with a sign-on bonus and a pay range based on license and experience.

The position emphasizes patient care, safety, and collaborative treatment in a behavioral health setting. Key duties include nursing assessments, medication administration, and adherence to privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license and ability to meet agency requirements.
• Must complete required screenings, CPR, de-escalation and confidentiality training.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and co-morbid conditions is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer charting and patient data entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to federal and state privacy regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2).
• Perform nursing care, monitor vitals, and administer medications per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Complete shift reports and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and patient education on treatment plans.
