Job summary

Prestige Care Center of Plattsmouth is currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders, and support a resident-centered approach.

We value strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Nebraska RN license and CPR certification (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards
• Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
