SYNERGY STAFFING LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home IV infusion therapy in North Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care.
• Monitor patients during infusions and report changes.
• Educate patients on IV therapy and infection prevention.

Responsibilities

• Access, maintain, and care for ports, PIVs, and PICC lines.
• Administer IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG.
• Complete clear and timely patient documentation.

Skills

Comfortable with port access

Strong assessment and communication skills

IV infusion experience

Ability to work independently

Education

Active California RN license in good standing

Current BLS/CPR certification
