Job summary

SYNERGY STAFFING LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home IV Infusion services in North Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Candidates must possess an active California RN license, IV infusion experience, and the ability to provide independent care in home settings. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical team are offered. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering IV treatments, and educating families on care procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have an active California RN license in good standing.
• IV infusion experience is required; home care experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, and administering IV antibiotics.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care
• Access, maintain, and care for:
  • Ports
  • PIVs
  • PICC lines
• Administer:
  • IV antibiotics
  • TPN
  • IVIG
• Monitor patients during infusions and report any changes
• Educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention
• Complete clear and timely documentation
• Follow physician orders and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus!)
• Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Current BLS/CPR
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
