Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care invites RNs to join our Talent Solutions float pool, offering flexible scheduling across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Hospice settings. Competitive pay with $43-$45/hr plus shift differentials and mileage stipend.

As an internal staffing team, we support nurses with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, 4–12 hour shifts, and a culture that puts residents, families, and staff first. Current RN license and BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care.
