Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all care stages. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a compassionate rural-health setting.

You may act as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safety and quality in daily care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
