Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Colorado RN license and eligibility to practice.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications within 3 months of hire.
• Two years of operating room experience required.
• Experience in ophthalmology/outpatient surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care during operative procedures in a fast-paced ASC.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor patient safety throughout the case.
• Assist anesthesia with airway management and intraoperative care.
• Stock supplies, update physician preference cards, and ensure clean, organized environment.
• Communicate changes to the team and participate in mandatory staff meetings.
• Support education of patients and involvement in perioperative processes.
