Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care across the ED and acute settings. This role offers full benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for overtime with a supportive team.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license (or compact), at least one year of ED experience, and completion of BLS, ACLS and PALS. TNCC within 12 months is expected; orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time ED experience in acute care setting required.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
• TNCC required within 12 months of eligibility.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.

• The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Additionally, nursing will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
