Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care ICU setting.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Patient Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
