SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide independent contractor network. This flexible role lets you choose projects, work windows, and earn supplemental income while supporting major retailers.

Assignments typically involve merchandising, resets, audits, and stock management across multiple locations. You’ll report via mobile device, complete documentation same day, and travel between retailers with a reliable transport. No formal schedule—set your own pace.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued products and outdated materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed.
