Job summary

SFS is growing and we are recruiting experienced Retail Merchandisers for our nationwide contractor network. This role offers a flexible, project-based workload with windows set by clients rather than fixed shifts, typically 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring early-month work.

You’ll service major retailers, implement planograms, maintain displays, and complete on-site reporting via mobile.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daylight hours.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotions.
• Remove discontinued products and materials as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to plans and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day.
