Job summary

SFS is a leading provider of retail merchandising, auditing, installation, and assembly services in the United States. We are expanding our nationwide network of independent contractors and seek experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers and brands.

Assignments range from 12–20 hours per month with flexible project-based pay. You’ll review instructions, perform merchandising tasks, resets, inventory, and reporting via mobile device, traveling between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required.
• Submit project completion reports with photos on the same day.
