SFS is growing its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to service a variety of retailers. Join a flexible, project-based program with self‑motivation, travel between locations as needed, and opportunities to earn supplemental income through merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance.

Assignments typically range in hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access for reporting.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation between locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Responsabilités

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
