Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers in the United States. This role offers a flexible schedule with project-based pay, allowing you to service some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Projects typically range from 12–20 hours per month, with locations possibly requiring work in the first half of each month. Ideal candidates enjoy working independently, staying active, and delivering high-quality retail execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or audits preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and execute instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to travel between locations and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project reports and photos on the same day work is performed.
