Job summary

SFS is growing, and we’re seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible, project-based income while servicing some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Assignments vary (12–20 hours per month on average) with some locations needing service during the first two weeks of each month. You’ll work independently, manage multiple tasks, and report progress via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or audits is preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, via mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
