Job summary

SFS is a leading provider of retail merchandising, auditing, installation, and assembly services across the United States. We are expanding our nationwide network of independent contractors and offer flexible, project-based opportunities for self-motivated merchandisers with access to major retailers.

Assignments typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with service windows rather than fixed schedules. You’ll travel between locations, report via mobile devices, and enjoy dailyPay enrollment

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daylight hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
