Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join the team. Work on merchandising, resets, audits, and other retail support tasks across multiple retailers and brands.

Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month with flexible scheduling and dailyPay available (enrollment required). Enjoy self-motivated, activity-based work with opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
