Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers flexible, supplemental income while servicing some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Assignments vary by project and typically involve merchandising, product resets, inventory audits, and display maintenance with 12–20 hours per month per project. Independent work with daily Pay options is available.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to read and execute planograms
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access
• Active email address for project communication and reporting
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
