Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers a flexible, project-based workload across multiple retailers nationwide, with the option to service several brands and accumulate supplemental income.

Assignments are typically 12–20 hours per month, requiring self-motivation and reliable transportation. DailyPay and ongoing project opportunities are available for motivated professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, auditing, installation, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Ability to submit reports and photos the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented properly.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
