Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands with typical 12–20 hours per month per project.

Independent contractors control their schedule, select suitable projects, and earn supplemental income with DailyPay available after enrollment. Travel between locations is common and reporting is done via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient in using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available for weekday daytime assignments within service windows.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation between locations; smartphone/tablet with internet.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Submit project completion reports and photos the same day.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required and approved.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
