Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers a flexible, project-based schedule with service windows set by the client, covering merchandising, resets, audits, and related retail tasks.

Responsibilities include following project instructions, executing planograms, performing stock and display upkeep, and reporting via mobile devices. Opportunities to work with multiple retailers and brands are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
