Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors to provide merchandising services for major retailers. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will work on merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance, following planograms and client expectations.

Projects are typically 12–20 hours per month, with potential for travel between locations and flexible windows. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects per client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued products and update materials as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning; stock according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed; report outcomes via mobile device.
