Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers to support in-store merchandising programs in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for executing planograms, resets, and new store sets, while maintaining displays and reporting on availability and pricing.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow into team lead roles. A smartphone with data plan is required for reporting and communication on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or resets (1+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
