Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers for in-store programs in California. Pay rate is $17-$18/hr with flexible scheduling and weekend opportunities.

You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets, maintain displays, and report on product availability and signage using our mobile app. Candidates should have 1+ year of retail merchandising experience, read planograms, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail merchandising or reset experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
