Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work on a project in Front Royal, VA, at a pay rate of $22/hr. This routed project requires completing a schedule of 2–4 stores with about 1.5 hours per location.

Ideal candidates have strong planogram implementation and store reset experience and will document project results using the Survey Merchandiser App. The role offers flexible assignments and ongoing opportunities, with FastPay through OpenForce within 6 days of task approval and

Qualifications

Proven retail merchandising experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Smartphone with Survey Merchandiser App.
18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser App.
