Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a project in Martinsburg, WV and Winchester, VA, paying $20/hr. You will route 2–4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours per location, with strong emphasis on planogram implementation and documenting store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Ideal candidates have solid merchandising experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dress code: business casual; closed-toe shoes, long pants; no shorts or personal phone use on the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
