Job summary

Survey.com is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a Burnham, PA project. Roles involve completing a route of 2–4 stores with approximately 1.5 hours per location and documenting store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Pay is $22/hr with fast pay options. The job emphasizes planogram (POG) implementation, fixture resets, and accurate before/after photos.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
