Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with projects ranging from 12-20 hours per month and opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

Ideal candidates can travel between locations, work independently, and report progress using mobile devices. DailyPay is available upon enrollment, and you’ll select projects that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, via mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
