SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers flexible, project-based pay and the chance to work with top retailers nationwide. Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with some first-month timing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and well presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete reporting with photos and notes using a mobile device.
• Submit completion reports the same day as service.
