Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, self-directed work assisting major retailers with merchandising, resets, inventory and display maintenance across multiple locations.

Project opportunities typically range from 12-20 hours per month with the potential for additional assignments. Applicants should be comfortable traveling between stores and reporting results via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or related field.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available for weekday daytime hours and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued products and update materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and accurately presented.
• Report results via mobile device and submit reports promptly.
