Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers across the United States.

Projects typically require 12–20 hours per month, with some windows in the first two weeks of each month. Join a trusted industry leader and enjoy the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your availability while delivering high-quality retail execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available during retailer service windows, mainly weekday daytime hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed.
