Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide independent contractor network. This role offers flexible, self-paced projects with some locations requiring service windows during weekdays. Projects typically involve merchandising, resets, inventory checks, and display maintenance across major retailers.

You will work independently, reporting progress via mobile devices and coordinating with multiple brands. DailyPay and project-based pay are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available for weekday daytime shifts within retailer service windows.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects per client requirements.
• Perform product resets, displays, promotions, and stock management.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and properly presented.
• Travel between locations as required.
• Submit reports and photos on the same day of service.
• Complete required reporting using a mobile device.
