Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide independent contractor network. This role offers a flexible schedule with project-based pay and DailyPay enrollment. Projects include merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance across various retailers and brands.

Typical projects range from 12-20 hours per month, with opportunities to service multiple retailers. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and able to travel between locations as needed while

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and installations.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean and well-presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day.
