Job summary

SFS is growing and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity servicing some of the nation's largest retailers and brands.

Assignments may include merchandising, product resets, audits, inventory counts, and display maintenance. Projects typically range 12–20 hours per month, with some windows during the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication.
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
