Job summary

SFS is growing our nationwide network of independent contractors for experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to service major retailers and brands across the United States.

Projects typically range from 12-20 hours per month, with some windows during the first two weeks of each month. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable reporting progress and photos via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail support preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Complete required reporting with photos and documentation using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
