Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will handle merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance across multiple retailers, with flexible service windows and a project-based pay model.

Projects typically require 12–20 hours per month, with some locations needing work in the first two weeks of each month. Enjoy setting your own schedule, choosing projects that fit your availability, and earning supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
