Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work across multiple retailers and brands with service windows rather than fixed schedules.

Projects range from 12–20 hours per month, with some sites requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. Ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking supplemental income and active field work.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Able to follow planograms and store instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
