The TJ Maxx store in Statesboro GA is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain floor care and a clean, welcoming environment. You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, dusting, and glass cleaning, and support multiple store areas to meet daily needs.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, plus physical stamina and a flexible schedule. Retail experience is a plus in a fast-paced off-price retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate the floor scrubber and buffer.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Adhere to safety, health, and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Cross-train in other areas and support Front End coverage as needed.
• Assist with store recovery and merchandising signage.
