The TJX Companies, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a store associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will support operations across departments as needed, promote rewards programs, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards.

You will be part of a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to grow and develop while serving customers with integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience delivering strong customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment.
• Able to respond to changes and unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Upholds store culture through honesty, integrity and respect.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor per standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness tasks.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Gives/receives constructive feedback and adheres to labor laws.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
