Join us to welcome customers, process transactions on modern POS systems, keep the store clean and organized, stock shelves, manage inventory, and follow safety regulations for tobacco, alcohol, and other sales.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset—you love helping people
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort with technology—we use modern tools to make work easier

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Other qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; work in varied temperatures, indoors and outdoors
