Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) in Missouri for flexible shifts. The role focuses on direct patient care, therapy consultation, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

The incumbent will be an advanced resource for respiratory care in a hospital setting. Requirements include a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program, current RCP license, RRT or CRT credentials, and ACLS (PALS preferred for ER).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.

Responsabilités

• Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders.
• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Performs duties as assigned.
