Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a flexible GIG in Missouri. You will perform direct patient care, consult physicians, and act as an advanced resource in respiratory care with day or night shift options and no weekend or holiday requirements.

Requirements include a CoARC-approved respiratory care program, current RCP license, NBRC credentials (RRT or CRT), ACLS (PALS for ER), and at least one year of experience. Base rate $30–$35/hr with incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Experience: one year of respiratory care work preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician orders.
• Consult physicians on effectiveness of therapy and outcomes.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff in respiratory care.
