Crosswalk Health is seeking Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT/RPFT) to perform spirometry testing in primary care clinics around Phoenix. Positions are 1099 contractor roles starting January 2027, with onboarding in November–December 2026.

You will visit clinics, educate patients, administer albuterol when indicated, and ensure high-quality test results while collaborating with a supportive team within a fast-growing healthcare startup.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.

Responsabilités

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients during testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health.
