Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Resident Aide to provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and hospitals. You will work with a care team to support daily activities and monitor patients’ well-being in a flexible role offering speed to scheduling and growth opportunities.

The position emphasizes patient dignity, safety, and timely communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 6 months of adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws/regulations.
• Compassionate, strong communicator; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities.
• Work with RNs, CNAs to deliver quality patient care.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM.
• Check vitals, document intake/output, report changes.
• Observe patients and notify supervisor of issues.
