Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing seeks a dedicated Resident Aide to support residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals. You’ll assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Flexible assignments, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health and dental insurance, a 401(k), ESOP, and more are offered. Prior caregiving experience or CNA training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required or CNA training.
• CNA course completion with references preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal care and hygiene needs of residents in facilities.
• Work with physicians, RNs, LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver care.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Check vitals, document changes and notify supervisor as needed.
• Observe residents and report issues requiring care changes.
