Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Remote Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat school-aged students in a virtual setting. This temporary, hourly position reports to the Related Services Director and offers a remote-friendly schedule across the U.S.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans, collaborate with families and school staff, and ensure timely documentation while adhering to IEP timelines and FERPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology with at least 1 year of educational experience.
• SLP Licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Alaska Speech License and Educational Certification a plus but not required.
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship experience with ASHA CCC awarded.
• Previous Teletherapy Experience preferred.
• Experience with IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Experience with school-based therapy PK-12.
• Familiarity with a variety of speech and cognitive disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and maintain FERPA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language deficits virtually.
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs to be completed virtually.
• Collaborate with parents and school staff on results and approaches.
• Establish goals and expectations for treatment with school and parents.
• Create accurate documentation for all students daily.
• Maintain compliance timelines established through IEP meetings.
• Respond promptly to data requests from parents, schools and the company.
• Build professional relationships with teachers and related service providers.
• Communicate with parents and school staff per guidelines.
• Maintain student confidentiality per FERPA.
