Ellie Mental Health in New Hampshire is seeking an outpatient therapist to join a vibrant team. You will evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with a dynamic group to expand access to care.

The role offers telehealth options, flexible scheduling, and supportive supervision toward licensure, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field; on track to licensure.
• Working toward clinical licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW).
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Experience with a diverse client base.
• Valant EHR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation per guidelines.
• Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 28 hours per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other meaningful duties as required.
