Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations around Mentor, OH. You will support independence and behavior goals with evidence-based strategies.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules, same-day pay, and a strong clinical team with ongoing CEU support. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a nationwide network of BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Patience and compassion essential for working with children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new ABA methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
