Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed physician to serve as a Collaborating Physician for Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants, focusing on compliance, oversight, and collaboration with minimal clinical duties.

This is a flexible, remote role with monthly on-site rounding. The ideal candidate holds an active MD or DO license, has at least two years of post-residency clinical experience, and can navigate state supervision requirements and regulatory guidelines to support NP/PA

Formación

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience post-residency.
• Must meet the state Board of Medical Examiners’ supervision requirements for NPs/PAs.
• No current board disciplinary actions or sanctions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with state laws and regulations governing NP/PA collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide collaborative oversight to NPs/PAs as required by state regulations.
• Conduct periodic chart reviews to ensure compliance with state guidelines.
• Be available for consultation and clinical support as needed.
• Participate in quarterly or periodic meetings (virtual or in-person as required).
• Conduct in-person rounding at assigned facilities once per month to maintain clinical engagement and support provider collaboration.
• Assist with protocol development and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Sign off on required documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Stay up to date on Tennessee medical board requirements for collaboration.
